Tender description

Lot 3 is for the provision of Responsive Repairs, Planned and Cyclical Maintenance and 4 Star Gas works for housing and non-housing stock owned or managed by Basildon Borough Council. Lot 2 is for the provision of 4 Star Gas works for housing and non-housing stock owned or managed by Basildon Borough Council. Lot 3 is an integrated asset management model which is a combination of Lots 1 and 2. Participants can apply for all or any of Lots 1 to 3 but, as per the above. Participants should note that if Lot 3 is awarded Lots 1 and 2 will not be awarded and if Lots 1 and 2 are awarded as separate contracts then Lot 3 will not be awarded. Please note that Bidders will be able to access the ISDS documents by e-mailing basildon@echelonconsultancy.co.uk requesting access to the ISDS at which point they will be issued a log-in to the ISDS portal.
