Ashford Borough Council seeks to supply and install front entrance domestic door sets to blocks of residential flats The Council intends to let one contract on multi occupied properties with leaseholder Proposed 2016/17 Programme of Works: Contract 1: FIRE/161 110 properties £88,000.00 The 2016/17 programme is to be undertaken between July 2016 and November 2016. The start and end dates stated in this notice are proposed only. Tender Evaluation You are therefore invited to tender using the specification attached. The contract will be awarded to the supplier who submits the most favourable tender, which will be evaluated on the following: 80% Price - Form of Tender attached 20% Quality (SAQ - Questions PS-Q1-Q5 attached) including; • Labour 40% • Experience 20% • Tenant Liaison 20% • Resources 10% • Environment 10% You will need to achieve a score of 60% or more for the project specific questions PS-Q1-Q5 to be considered for further evaluation, and for the pricing element of your bid to be considered.
