Tender description

The Council is seeking to appoint (1) one suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out internal Decent Homes works to circa 2400 properties. This would include the following primary workstreams: — Bathroom replacements (including adapted bathrooms), — Kitchen replacements (including adapted kitchens), — Electrical Upgrades, — Boiler and Central Heating Replacements, — Aids and Adaptions works (including professional services, such as design work and structural engineer, in relation to major aids and adaptions, — Expert witness support — Service Provider to provide suitably qualified expert witnesses on disrepair issues such as damp and mould. Suppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to ‘express interest’ which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.
