Modular Buildings for Temporary School

Tender description

There is a requirement to supply 6 modular buildings ready for the opening of a temporary school for the Autumn term of 2016. The tender provides for two options: to hire all six units or to hire three units and purchase three units. The works is a turn-key package of work, including the site preparation, fencing works and clearance, provision of modular units, all services connections - requiring the supplier to make all applications to the statutory services suppliers (electric, water and drainage), their applications, payments and all applications to the local authority's highway and planning depts, or any others to complete the Works - and the demobilisation following completion and site reinstatement.
