Tender description

This is a contract award notice and as such the procurement process is complete. This provides an opportunity for our emerging leaders to commence their journey towards ambitious and effective leadership. Participants, recommended by HIE, will comprise emerging leaders from HIE's account managed organisations in both the private and social enterprise sector and may include emerging leaders from our inward investment portfolio. They may also include leaders from our wider account managed organisations and junior leaders with recognised potential in our high growth portfolio. The supplier will be expected to design an innovative and inspirational programme to reflect international best practice. It will stimulate ambition, develop an early stage understanding of effective leadership and introduce the importance of at strategic approach to business growth, noting key opportunities around innovation and internationalisation. It will inspire participants to increase their ambition, confidence and capability to continue their leadership journey through a series of workshops and other personal development support. Over 3 years, it will provide between 100 - 140 participants with the opportunity to have their ambition inspired and to progress their leadership journey within a business setting.
