Tender description

This is a contract award notice and as such the procurement process is complete. This provides an opportunity for our high level leaders to accelerate their leadership journey through a structured development programme. Participants, recommended by HIE, will comprise ambitious leaders from our high growth organisations in both the private and social enterprise sector and may include leaders from our inward investment portfolio. The supplier will be expected to design an innovative and inspirational programme to reflect international best practice which will challenge and transform leadership ambition in the Highlands and Islands. It will inspire participants to increase their ambition, confidence and capability to think big, act strategically and to execute a step change in their business growth through a series of workshops and 1-to-1 coaching. Over 3 years, it will provide 50-80 participants with the opportunity to advance their leadership development and to apply this in a business setting.
