Tender description

For the Amesbury area it identified a need for a new Extra Care Home. As part of a Section 106 Agreement, a site has been successfully negotiated within the Bloor Homes Kingsgate Housing Development site in Amesbury as best suited to meet the specific requirements of location, accessibility, local services and other needs. A local shop, pub and community centre are all located on this new development and within a 5 minute walk. The Council?s requirement is for a 60 Unit ECH comprising 40nr two bed apartments, 20nr single bed apartments together with a range of communal facilities and external hard and soft landscaping works which are to be successfully completed and handed over to the Client by 31.03.18.
