Design, Installation and Commissioning of Kitchen Ventilation Systems

Tender description

The contract is for the design, installation and commissioning of kitchen ventilation systems to meet the upgrade of kitchen equipment to Council establishments within Derbyshire. In addition Corporate Property is continuously looking for new business opportunities which could lead its operations outside the County boundaries of Derbyshire into the City of Derby, Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire. This may mean that installation works are required to locations in these areas. The successful contractors will be required to assist with the design, support and specification of kitchen ventilation systems. The framework agreement is designed to provide up to 6 contractors for the period of Contract – 1st April 2016 to 31st March 2018 with an option to extend for up to two further periods of one year each subject to a performance review at the end of years 2 and 3 as detailed below.
