Tender description
The London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) has produced design drawings, specifications and employer’s requirements for a site in Yellowpine Way, Chigwell, IG7 4BA. Planning permission has been granted for the construction of 6 new houses comprising 2 x 3 bedroom houses and 4 x 2 bedroom houses. The successful Organisation shall be required to undertake the delivery of this affordable housing development through a JCT Design and Build Contract 2011 and ensure that on completion the development meet the Authority’s identified need for additional high quality council housing and the requirements of the Greater London Authority (GLA) who are part funding the scheme.
