Tender description

Tenders are invited for the works in respect of a principal contractor for the conversion and modification of the Gate House, Main Building Extension and the Carpark at Derby City Councils, Kedleston Road Centre, Kedleston Road, Derby. The form of contract to be used for this project shall be the JCT Minor Works Contract with Contractor's Design 2011 Edition The initial contract period is 3 months; the contract is estimated to commence 30 May 2016 and expire 31 August 2016. There will be a 12 month defects period which commences on date of handover Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 15:00 on Thursday 14 April 2016 It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response.
