Contract has now been awarded to Spillane Brothers The works comprise new eight bed extension, new sitting room, dining room, clean utility and terrace garden areas; refurbishment of 2no. existing four bed wards to provide 2no. two bed wards;refurbishment of 4no. one bed wards ; relocation of existing pre-operative ward and construction of new pre-operative ward;generally all works proposed at first floor level; together with associated stie and infrastructure works
