Proposed Concreting and resurfacing to the rear areas of Brown Avenue shops

Tender description

The proposed works are to excavate in the land to the rear of the Chipshop and Post Office at Brown Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse and access way to the electrical substation on Cox’s Lane Mansfield Woodhouse. There is existing insitu concrete to the rear of the Chipshop with adjacent tarmac and soft landscaping including Mares Tail weeds. The concrete area is to be re-constructed in concrete and the rest of the area is to be tarmacked to minimise future maintenance.
