Fulham Boys School - Temporary Modular Accommodation

Tender description

The Education Funding Agency working with Fulham Boys School seek a Principle Modular Contractor for the provision of 12 temporary classrooms and a toilet block at Fulham Boys School, Mund Street, West London and associated works. Works are to be undertaken during the school summer holiday period for completion by the end of August 2016. The works will be procured using the JCT Intimidate form of contract with contractors design, EFA schedule of amendments and hire agreement for 24 months. A Pre-Contract Services Agreement may also be entered into subject to requirement.
