Conversion of ancillary leisure centre areas to provide a new health suite facility

Wychavon District Council are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced companies to tender for the conversion of existing ground floor toilet and store areas to create a new health suite facility at Droitwich Spa Leisure Centre, Salwarpe Valley, Droitwich WR9 0RZ. The completed health suite will comprise of a steam room, sauna cabin, salt room, ice feature, relaxation area and feature showers. The successful contractor will be responsible for finalising elements of the design, compliance with Building Control requirements, the complete strip out and refurbishment of the area, including all associated mechanical and electrical works and installation and commissioning of the health suite equipment.
