The new headquarters building will be designed to accommodate 113 staff with an allowance for 10 % future expansion. The Contract to be used is the Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) Design and Build 2011. Amendments to the contract are defined by Merthyr Valley Homes and are supported by their Legal Advisers.
