Tender description

The works comprise the design and construction/refurbishment and remodelling of Colby House, an existing 3 storey office block to provide modern open plan office accommodation. The works include the complete replacement of the external envelope, the construction of a 3 storey extension at the main entrance, the replacement of the existing emergency exit stair cases and the construction of a new entrance plaza with under-croft accommodation. Internally the works include the replacement of the existing staircases and associated landings and the fitting out, including the provision of computer access floors, pre-fabricated ceiling rafts, partitions, screens, doors and finishes generally.
