Provision of Bar Services At Kidderminster Town Hall

Wyre Forest District Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified contractors to provide Bar Services at Kidderminster Town Hall in the centre of Kidderminster. The contractor will be required to provide and install a fixed licensed bar for functions held in any part of the Council managed licensed premises, offering a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and bar snacks including hot drink. The contractor will also be expected to provide a temporary bar upon request to be located in alternative function rooms where a fixed bar is not available. Wyre Forest would like bidders to submit a percentage of takings for evaluation. The deadline for submissions is 2pm, Thursday 31st March 2016.
