The London Borough of Redbridge (?the Authority?) is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the Contract for Hyleford Extra Care, Housing Scheme in the London Borough of Redbridge. The development shall include the construction as a minimum of sixty, one and two bedroom units (50 x 1 bed and 10 x 2 bed units) of Extra Care affordable accommodation plus related accommodation for: ? Communal facilities: Including Communal lounges, consultation rooms, laundry room, health/fitness rooms/guest rooms (for overnight stay), cleaners store room, craft room, utility area, internal scooter parking/charging area, (facilities must be flexible for other uses). ? Care staff: Including office, estate/housing/managers offices, staff activity rooms (flexible use as meeting/training room), Committee room (used as main office) staff kitchenettes; changing rooms, W.C.?s and shower facilities
