GB-Bath: Eastwood Residences Refurbishment - Main Contractor

The University of Bath requires a contractor to undertake the refurbishment of the Eastwood Residences on the main campus. Works will include the following: Internal refurbishment of 19no student accommodation houses (known as Eastwood 1 to 19), including; • Replacement kitchens • Replacement bathrooms • Replacement surface finishes throughout • Replacement balustrades to main staircase • Associated mechanical & electrical working • Upgrading the district heating pipework to each house; Internal refurbishment of 8no student accommodation houses (known as Eastwood 24 to 31), including; • Replacement kitchens • Replacement surface finishes throughout • Associated mechanical & electrical working • Upgrading the district heating pipework to each house; Pipework Infrastructure - Nature: Replacement of boosted cold water and low pressure hot water system pipework within ground ducts to serve each property. - Location: University of Bath, 1 – 31 Eastwood, (Eastwood Residences) & Lodge.
