Crawley Borough Council - Little Trees Cemetery Construction

Tender description

Crawley Borough Council are seeking to construct a new cemetery at a site called Little Trees, located near Tollgate Hill and Pease Pottage, West Sussex. We are inviting tenders from contractors to carry out the construction of new infrastructure comprising of new roads, footpaths, some earthworks, drainage, new fencing, new street lighting and landscaping. The site is a greenfield site and the work includes constructing a new connection to an existing roundabout on the A264 and providing water, power and comms to the site to facilitate a building to be constructed at a later date (the building is outside the scope of this tender and will be undertaken by others).
