Tender description

The Education Authority's current Pre-Qualified List for Works (PQL-W) will expire in April 2016 and the Education Authority is now seeking PQQ submissions from Building Contractors to allow for the establishment of a New Pre-Qualified List of Building Contractors (PQL-BW) for the delivery of construction work projects from 30 000 GBP to GBP EU threshold. When the PQL-BW has been established it is proposed that for a period up to a maximum of 4 years it would be utilised by the Education Authority to pre-qualify Contractors for the delivery of Construction Works Projects subject to the value of the project remaining below Threshold.
