Tender description
Scope – The Derbyshire County Council are currently pricing an extension consisting of a new hall and community room and additional classroom block to Stenson Fields Primary School and invite you to tender for the Groundworks element of the Project. The extension is due to commence on site March 2016. Please provide 4 separate prices for the following elements: Section 1. 6 Classroom Extension Section 2. Hall & Community Section 3. Classroom Link Section 4. Hall Link Section 5. Community Link Section 6.External Works Please provide 2 separate prices for: Supply of Plant, Labour and Materials and Machines, Driver and Cart away. The Derbyshire County Council WILL be providing and pouring the concrete for the foundations OURSELVES so do not include this in you quote. Please fix your price for 18 months. Site information. Stenson Fields Community Primary School Goathland Road Stenson Fields Derby Derbyshire DE24 3BW To access the drawings and supporting documents you must create an account on Duenorth and "register your interest."
