Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work. Bristol City Council (BCC) is undertaking a procurement process to award and appoint two Design and Build contracts. The contractor(s) will need to complete the design and construction of a new Lockleaze Sport Pavilion (Lot 1) and/or the new natural and all-weather football and rugby pitches (Lot 2) plus associate works i.e. car parking, landscaping and access roads etc., through one stage design and build contracts.
