Tender description

The works to be carried out will consist primarily of the demolition of the service blocks, breaking up of all hardstand areas, removal of all services on the site, topsoiling of the site and securing of the site with palisade fencing. Brief Description of Proposed works: The extent of the works will primarily consist of the following : 1. Removal and disposal under licence of all rubbish on site 2. Removal and disposal under licence of burned out caravans on site 3. Disconnection and making safe of all services on site 4. Demolition of bays and boundary walls 5. Breaking up of footpaths, ramps, roads and concrete paved areas 6. Removal of service pipes, ducts and chambers 7. Segregation and disposal under licence of materials from site 8. Erection of palisade fencing and signage 9. Importation and spreading of 300mm of topsoil over entire site 10. Levelling of site and reseeding with grass seed 11. Excavation of open drain along boundary
