Tender description

'Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) intends to procure contracts for the Design and Build of the Council's new retail and leisure facilities located on Bridgefield Street in Stockport. The development will comprise a ten screen cinema, a 340 space multi storey car park, retail space and A3 restaurant shells together with refurbishment works to existing properties on Prince's Street, a degree of fitting out to the cinema and elements of Public Realm works. The scheme may be broadened to include the recladding works to the existing Debenhams store. This will be determined after further discussion are held with Debenhams and the merits of including these works as part of this scheme have been assessed. This will be made clear in the tender documents.'
