Tender description

'The London Borough of Brent (the Council) is experiencing a significant demand for primary school places in excess of the number of places available. A total of 23 additional forms of entry (FE) are required in the primary sector between 2015 and 2018. In order to meet this demand the Council Cabinet Committee agreed a 4 year programme of school expansion projects. This PQQ relates to Phase 3 Permanent Primary School Expansion and more specifically the expansions of Uxendon Manor Primary School by 2 forms of entry (2 FE) and Elsley Primary School by 2 FE. These works will comprise of (but are not limited to) new build (modular construction), new build traditional extensions, alterations/remodelling and refurbishments to existing buildings, external works and services.'
