Medway Council would like to appoint a contractor to deliver the works for proposed small and medium sized workspace units at Watermill Wharf, Canal Road in Strood, Kent ME2 4DR The aim is to provide eight small offices of 12.1sq m and seven medium-sized offices of 26sq m, as well as storage units at the site, which is adjacent to the railway arches The proposal is to construct the units from shipping containers in two blocks, with communal kitchens, bathrooms and meeting rooms in each. The Watermill Wharf workspace is scheduled for completion by February 2017
