Refurbishment of St Mary’s C of E Primary School Annex, East Street, Southend on Sea

Tender description

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to refurbish the East Street Annex at St Mary’s C of E Primary School. The works will include: • Structural repairs to the fronts elevations. • New rainwater goods. • New electrics throughout. • New heating system. • New toilets. • Internal fit-out throughout. Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Contract. The tenders will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 70% for price and 30% for quality. Please submit your request to tender no later than 12 noon on 13th January 2016. The proposed commencement date of this project is 1st April 2016 and we anticipate a 19 week programme of works.
