Tender description

The objectives are to provide additional spaces for additional members of staff, bringing groups together, enabling Smart Working, and providing Hot Desks for visiting workers and standardising the BPR working practices. To bring the Ops management team together in a good working environment that enhances communication and collaboration between the different departments within the Ops Division. We need to ensure that the project buys in to the government’s open plan office layouts as much as practicably possible and follow the Institute’s energy and environment policies by re-using furniture as much as practicably possible. The new office lay out proposal covers the existing Project team and Maintenance areas
