Tender description
Leicester City Council wishes to appoint one contractor to deliver the following works: New Replacement Plate Heat Exchangers in the following district heating sub-stations within the St. Matthews Estate, Leicester: • Sub-station 8 situated inside the main boilerhouse in Everest Court, Leicester. • Sub-station 7 situated in Malabar Road, Leicester.(Access through Fourways Supermarket) • Sub-station 1 situated in Everest Court, Leicester.
