ITT for Internal Accommodation for Hambleside Danelaw, Daventry

Tender description

The Council are currently constructing an extension to Hambleside Danelaw Premises on Long March, Daventry. The main contract works are in progress but the tenant has reviewed some of its requirements on a small mezzanine area and the intended use of the building and have requested a substantial change to the layout and facilities. An accommodation area is to be installed in the building. The accommodation consists of ground floor space with Entrance, stairs (steel stairs and handrails by others) Wash room, Break room, Laundry room, Store, Male and female toilets and showers. First Floor mezzanine with Production office, stair access to roof (steel stairs by others) and open mezzanine area with safety handrail to provide edge protection complete with kick board. DDC is seeking a suitable experienced contractor to complete the mechanical and electrical design works and complete the construction and fitting out works to this small section of the building The works required to form this space are contained in a set of drawings and room data sheets.
