Alliance Homes Group wishes to work with suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a property extension for a disabled child on behalf of North Somerset Council. Alliance seek contractors who have a strong track record of delivering best practice on similar works and of working proactively with clients to support the client’s aims and objectives. The contract will be awarded to the most commercially advantageous bid, to be completed within 3 months of contract award
