Refurbishment of Southampton Laboratory Phase 2

Tender description

The works consist of internal refurbishment works, comprising of, but not limited to, the following: - Removal of existing non-loadbearing partitions and blockwork walls. - Alterations to existing layout, including new door openings. - Installation of new non-load bearing metal stud and doors, to suit new layout. - Installation of new toilet facilities. - New floor finishes, ceilings & redecoratiot. - Alterations & replacement of existing mechanical & electrical services. SITE VISIT • Assessment: Ascertain the nature of the site, access thereto and all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the Works. • Arrangements for visit: To arrange a site visit please contact Stephen Sadler before 5:00pm on Wednesday 16 December 2015, no further visits will be considered after this date. Site visits will be held during Friday 18 December 2015. Tenderers will be allocated a 30mins - 60mins time slot and will be limited to no more than 3 people.
