Entrance Works at Port of Cork- Deepwater Terminal Ringaskiddy

Tender description

Tenders are invited from experienced and competent Civil Engineering/Building Contractors for various upgrade works at Port of Cork Deep Water Terminal, Ringaskiddy, Cork. The works comprise the following: 1. Quay resurfacing and road lining Works 2. Car park upgrade works 3. Construction of a new maintenance building and associated mechanical & electrical works 4. Installation and commissioning of a new security kiosk 5. Construction of a piled quay hopper parking slab 6. All other associated civil, mechanical & electrical works Tenderers should be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the completion of general surfacing, building and civil engineering works similar to the nature of those proposed. The works will be undertaken in a operational port environment and Tenderers will be required to demonstrate a knowledge and experience of working within an operational working environment. Tenderers will be required to complete a tender questionnaire to demonstrate relevant experience and adequate resources for successful completion of the works The successful Tenderer will be appointed by the employer as Project Supervisor (Construction Stage) in accordance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations, 2006.
