Tender description

The Irish Greyhound Board (IGB) invites tender submissions from suitable qualified real estate agents / auctioneers for the provision of the Services to IGB. It is IGB’s preference to appoint a single contractor who will manage all its Real Estate/Auctioneering requirements and any ancillary services (as outlined in the ITT document). However, IGB reserves the right to award the contract to one or more tenderers (Panel). IGB is prepared to contract with the successful Real estate Agent/Auctioneer Company, contingent upon the supplier proving their ability to provide a service, which is best-in-class and clearly demonstrates “Value for Money”.
