Tender description

Fit-out of 7,700 m2 modern office building which will be the new Civic Headquarters of Meath County Council including alterations and remedial works to existing building fabric in order to ensure compliance with building regulations, mechanical & electrical installation and modifications, and a new lift. Fit-out to be done while 1/4 of building is occupied by MCC. External Works to existing car- park (consisting of the provision of cycling facilities, supply and erection of road signage for town area, site clearance, laying of ducting, tactile paving, footpath widenng, site entrance/junction widening, signing and lining, landscaping and associated site works)
