Refurbishment of an existing 3 storey 80's office block into Primary School use with some external play/parking works. Approx. floor area is 2,600m2 over three floors internally. Generally, stripping out existing finishes (suspended ceilings, carpet flooring etc.), existing stud partitions, create new partitions, new toilets, new kitchen, new joinery, new ironmongery, new finishes, altering existing and installation of new mechanical installation (e.g. AC system, mechanical ventilation), electrical installation (e.g. new lighting, low voltage, emergency lighting, fire alarm, intruder alarm, data, telephone, access controls etc.). External works include new MUGA surface, fencing, car park demarcation, new canopy etc.
