General Repairs Services (including Voids Repairs) and Electrical Works for Roupell Park RMO and Wellington Mills Housing Co-Operative. The works are being tendered in two Lots. Lot 1 is for General Repairs including Responsive Repairs, Voids works and Small works projects. General Repairs relate to low value orders of works less than £5k for repairs (with higher potential value for projects). The estimated annual value of Lot 1 is @£500,000 and it is proposed to enter into a three year contract with the option to extend by a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance and by mutual agreement. The estimated value of the contract for the initial term of three years is £1,500,000. Lot 2 is for Electrical Works. This relates to low value orders for electrical work that are less than £5k per works order. The estimated annual value for Lot 2 is @£30k and it is proposed to enter into a three year contract with the option to extend by a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. The estimated value of the contract for the initial three years is £90K. Bidders are invited to submit tenders for either or both Lots.
