The Oasis site landscape improvements (on the river Wesum in Norwich)

Tender description

Norwich City Council is looking to work with a contractor to develop a revised layout and design for the Oasis site adjacent to Fye Bridge on the River Wensum, in Norwich. In partnership with key stakeholders the aim is to enhance the site to maximize its use. Norwich City Council’s objectives are to:- •Manage the asset of the Oasis site for the benefit of the city and its inhabitants; •Increase biodiversity and create enhanced green infrastructure, linking with the green infrastructure network for Greater Norwich •To enhance the Oasis site and its environs, for a range of uses as appropriate, with costs / timescales. •Improve linkages to and from the site alongside future enhancements to the riverside walk.
