Refurbishment works will be undertaken to the 2nd Floor of Piccadilly Place, Manchester M1 3BN. Piccadilly Place comprises a multi-let office development with in a busy part of the City Centre adjacent to Piccadilly Station. All floors will remain in normal operation throughout the course of the works and require minimal disruption to other users. THE WORKS: The works comprise of refurbishment of the 2nd Floor at 3 Piccadilly Place: - Erection of new partition layout - Installation of new doors - Formation of new kitchen facilities - New fixtures and fittings to some locations - New finishes to be installed throughout - Existing electrical and mechanical services to be adapted to suit the layout. SITE VISIT A site visit is a mandatory part of the tender process. - Assessment: Ascertain the nature of the site, access thereto and all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the Works. Site visits will be held on 9 and 10 December 2015.
