Princess Pier Redecking: Phase 7

Tender description

This procurement is being undertaken following a Further Competition process, under the Standing List of Approved Contractors (SLOAC), in line with the Authority's Financial Regulation Standing Orders. Execution of 'Phase 7' remedial replacement hardwood decking inclusive of deck planking, timber joists, packing and minor seat repairs (as necessary), optional part or whole painting of galvanised steel sub frame for approx 100 metres run, and ancillary works to the western side of Princess Pier, at southern end of the boardwalk to the pier head, all inclusive of all durable fastenings, fixings, materials, labour, access, temporary works, facilitatory works and Health & Safety obligations.
