Highways Framework Call-Off - Shared Cycle Path - Shiphay Lane to Crownhill Rise

Tender description

This procurement is being undertaken following a Further Competition process in accordance with the Directive (2014/24/EU) and implemented in the United Kingdom by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102). Torbay Council awarded a Framework Agreement called Framework to Establish Suitable Contractors to Undertake Highways and Urban Design Schemes with an OJEU contract notice reference number of 2014/S 057-094261 on 4 June 2014. Applicants are invited to participate in this Further Competition process by submitting a Tender subject to the conditions contained within the Framework Agreement and the Call Off Contract. The works comprise of the construction of a new 3.0m wide shared cycle path that will link Shiphay Lane with Crownhill Rise, Torquay.
