Tender description

Evendons Primary School Phase 3 works will compromise demolition of parts of the existing buildings (parts of Block A, Block C, D & E), construction of a double storey height primary school building (approx. 1000m2), including teaching & admin space, partial refurbishment of the existing areas including creation of new kitchen and sports hall acoustic improvement works. The target programme runs from October 2016 to August 2017, which includes the summer holidays but with the school operational at other times. Two phases of refurbishment to retained parts of the existing buildings have already been carried out.
