Tender description

The purpose of this framework is to appoint a number of suppliers who are skilled in building construction work, refurbishment works, new build and fast track projects to help us upgrade the Universities facilities. Such projects have recently included remodeling staff offices, refurbishing halls of residence and upgrading classroom facilities across the campus. Typically the schemes falling under this contract will be between £300 000 GBP and £5 000 000 GBP in value. The University of Worcester is seeking to invite suitable Principle Contractors (as defined by the CDM Regulations 2015) to participate in this procurement process.
