Refurbishment of Shorefield Public Toilets, Southend on Sea

Tender description

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to refurbish the Shorefield Public Toilets. The works will include the removal and replacement of the asphalt roof for tanking to rear wall, concrete repairs, drainage survey, hand railing refurbishment, replacement of rainwater goods, repair shear line in decorative stone, removal of timber work for inspection and concrete repairs to underside of slab. Comprehensive drawings and schedule of works will be issued to contractors and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract. The returned quotations will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 80% for price and 20% for quality. Please submit your request to quote no later than 12 noon on Monday 23rd November 2015. We anticipate the quotations will be sent out on Wednesday 2nd December 2015 with a return date of 23rd December 2015.
