Refurbishment and Alteration Works at Stamford and Rutland Hospital Site

Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals NHS Trust are looking to appoint a suitable contractor to carry out refurbishment and alterations works to its Stamford and Rutland Hospital site which include a 1990’s traditionally constructed block at the East end of the Stamford site. The works will comprise of multi-building trades, mechanical, electrical, CCTV and call systems. The building will be continually operating with staff and patients throughout construction period with works carried out over a number of phases to allow for clinical services to be decanted and relocated without significant interruption to service provision. The works needs to be completed by June 2016 to enable the Trust to consolidate services from unsuitable buildings in the remaining part of the site.
