Loft and Cavity Wall Insulation Framework to Bristol City Council’s housing stock. This contract is predominately for the surveying for and installing of cavity wall insulation and loft insulation to any of Bristol City Council’s purpose built houses, maisonettes acquired properties or other domestic buildings. Work will be carried out to detached, semi-detached, terraced bungalows and houses, low rise house type flats, and low rise maisonettes. The properties will be occupied by BCC tenants or leaseholders or un-occupied. The contractor will be expected to provide an extraction and cavity clearing service where the existing cavity insulation, of whatever type, is found to have failed, prior to refilling. Where existing loft insulation is found to be wet or contaminated the contractor will be expected to provide a removal service We are holding a contractors Suppliers Event Date : 24 November 2015 Time : Arrival at 09:30 for a 10:00 start.
