WDC-Contract for the provision of the Maintenance and Upgrade of Housing Door Entry Systems, Security Doors and Common Area Fire Detection Systems

Tender description

Warwick District Council is seeking to award a Contract for the provision of Maintenance and upgrade of housing Door Entry Systems, Security Doors, CCTV AND Common Area Fire Detection Systems. This contract is being procured under the OJEU Open Procedure and conducted in accordance with the EU Directive 2014/24 EU, as implemented by the UK Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) (the Regulation). Potential Providers are in accordance to the provision set out above invited to submit their tenders no later than 23:59 PM on 26th November 2015 The Contract shall be for two years with the option to extend for by a further three years at the agreement of both parties and provided that the Council is satisfied with the performance of the Provider. Any extension of the Contract shall be on the Terms and Conditions agreed in the initial period of Services provision, subject to any modifications that may be required.
