Tender description
The Construction of New Council Housing 'Phase 2B' Bristol City Council is seeking a contractor to undertake the construction of 3 timber framed bungalows at Chakeshill Drive, Brentry, Bristol, BS10 6PH, and timber framed flats at Peverell Drive, Henbury, Bristol, BS10 7LG and Satchfield Crescent, Henbury, Bristol, BS10 7BG. All properties have been designed to Passivhaus standards. The external walls are to have an external skin of brickwork, the pitched roof will be tiled and windows are timber / aluminium composite. The building is to be fully completed by the main contractor to the point at which a tenant can move in, including all electrical, mechanical, drainage, landscaping and decorative works.
