Selby High School Sports Hall Changing Room and Classroom extension

Tender description

Construction of a two storey side extension to an existing sports hall, involving but not limited to; site preparation and establishment of contractors compound, ground works, piled foundations, drainage, in-situ concrete ground floor slab, structural steel frame, intermediate concrete slab on metal decking formwork, staircases, roof cladding, wall cladding, blockwork and brickwork walls, windows and doors. Construction of a single storey brick and block plantroom, connection to existing services local to the site and installation of full electrical, mechanical and ventilation systems. Internal finishes and fixtures to complete two changing rooms with a capacity of 60 persons each, additional toilet and showering facilities, offices and on the first floor four classrooms, an office and viewing gallery over the existing sports hall.
